Didn't really cover the grayI had two concerns, one was gray coverage and another brassy or pulling red/orange like my hair does. The hair around my face which had the product on the longest didn't get the gray coverage I expected and where it did color looks mighty coppery for a "cool" color. Time will tell how many washing the color lasts through. My hair did not feel soft when I was done even after using the conditioner that came with it. On my order, I did specify that my hair pulled orange and didn't receive any feedback before my order shipped. I’m not sure.I’m not sure if I wasn’t clear on what my desired color was supposed to be, or if I was sent the wrong colors, but I’m very disappointed in how it turned out, I loved the packaging, I loved the kit, I loved how the instructions were clear, but this might be a dealbreaker to go through all the effort and time to have it look nothing like what I wanted it to be. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Fabulous and Natural-looking!I am a natural redhead and have walked out of salons with all different kinds of colors - pink, purple, some weird-neon-horrific-thing. I went through a wonky-work-phase when I had to keep cancelling color appointments and out of desperation, ordered from eSalon. I am pretty-much all gray so an inch of grays just isn't attractive or professional at all - it's the first thing anyone notices about you. Oh my gosh - I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! My color is perfect, always the same, and about 1/5 the cost of my salon-treatments. And, I don't have to cancel my appointments due to schedule-changes. (It's usually my time to catch-up on ironing.) I get tons of compliments too. Just yesterday at the grocery store, a woman came up to me commenting on my beautiful hair color. Best color I’ve ever had!!My hair is shiny and healthy, no grays, soft to the touch. I was even afraid to wash it. Took me three days before I did, but my hair color is perfect !! Thank you much! Amazing!I absolutely adore my hair color! The color specialist helped me select the perfect color for me and adjusted once to remove red undertones. It covers grays amazingly! My hair is soft and manageable and color remains true to self so much longer than any other color I have ever tried!
