I did not like colorI requested a shade of red and you guys sent me a dark blond with brown Shades in it or whatever. but it wasn't a red shade at all. To me it was a really ugly color. you guys claim that it's on you if I don't like it. so does that mean you're going to refund the money I paid for the first one.then you charged me for a second one that I didn't want. For one I don't color my hair every 3 months. I do it when my roots get about an inch or so long and sometimes I wait longer. it just depends on my mood. Individual attention to detail saved meThis was my first time trying esalon. I was contacted by esalon and told that THEY found a color that would be much better than what I had requested. Great colorWith the help of the eSalon support , I was provided with the perfect color. This was my first time coloring my own hair and I had many questions regarding permanent vs. demi permanent. Because I did not want commitment to a permanent color (not knowing how it would turn out) I chose demi permanent and it was EXACTLY what I wanted for covering my gray. The support team is wonderful. Initially they sent me permanent (to best cover my gray) vs the demi permanent (which is what I requested); however, they corrected the the order at no charge. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Got it rightMy husband was my colorist in our first attempt at home hair coloring. He was a champ and a perfectionist. I was tired of paying salon prices. I figured esolan could be the next best option. “ AND IT WAS!!!”. I am a true redhead, unfortunately with age I have had to enhance the red. Y’all know what I mean. I am in week 3 1/2 and the color is still awesome and roots are not in need of any color!! The color that I picked after the questionnaire was just what I thought it would be. Very happy! I am extending the next color to 6 weeks instead of 5, I maybe able to extend it to 8 weeks. I will keep you posted. Perfect colorI can’t find the words to express how pleased I am with the color! It matched my hair perfectly!Also, whenever I had my hair done at the hairdresser, there was always some tingling, burning sensation, Not with the eSalon mixture. The personal instructions were easy to follow. The Classic shampoo and conditioner left my hair soft and shiny. I purchased the cape which is excellent quality as well as the classic shampoo and conditioner. Also the accessories, bowl, clips for dividing the hair into sections.
