Amazing company, amazing result, healthy hairBefore trying e-salon, I tried supermarket hair dyes a few times. Since I had no experience with colors, I thought I had gotten my real hair color, but every time my hair turned into a very bad brown red color. I thought I had nothing to lose by trying E Salon and placed my first order. In the first evaluation, I chose the shades that I thought were my original color. One day later, I received an e-mail from my colorist stating that these colors were too warm for me and that they had prepared my original hair color for me. A week later I received my kit and I tried it right away. I couldn't believe the results. Yes, I had my true natural color and my hair looked soft and shiny, not hard, unlike what I felt after using market dyes. There was no unpleasant smell while dyeing. Not thrilledNot sure what I was expecting but I know this isn’t it. It’s very dull and nothing like the picture I sent. Pretty disappointed. 2nd try... still not the color that I wanted. Fades to odd orangy colorI liked the way it looked fresh. Within a month I was not as pleased. I think I need it a bit darker. I have 2 unopened boxes. I thought I cancelled the automatic shipments,! I had surgery and stayed with friend afterward who would not allow dye in her shower or kitchen sink. I had to go to a professional this week to even get to wash it. They colored, also. do not need ANY MORE. Introductory offer a normal price I pay, the subsequent ones too rich for my budget. I will cancel COMPLETELY if you give me no notice and charge me after the fact of shipments again! love the colorI am absolutely in love with the blonde, it's natural and it looks fresh. The application was super easy to handle The things I didn't like is the strong smell and I also had the feeling that it was a little tough on my hair structure. DisappointedMy goal is to not have to color my hair every 2 wks to cover up new growth of gray hair. I wanted to go a little lighter in color in order to do this. However I was told this can't be done on previously colored hair. An option I had was to go lighter on roots. So I did. I followed every instruction down to every detail. I was so disappointed to get out of shower after coloring only to find either the color is way too light to cover my gray hair or that the color just didn't work because it looks as though I didn't color my hair at all and I see nothing but all over gray roots.
