Too dark and communication with them is difficult.First of all I hated my color when I did it. My hair was a dark brown and I have never had brown hair. My hair is a med auburn. Typically I use Revlon colorstay med auburn and it is perfect every time; however, in two weeks it fades terrible. By week three my roots are showing so I redo it again. The reason I tried this is to see if I could find a color that doesn’t fade so quick. After many washes and adding light auburn to my color the same day I did it, I ended up with the perfect color and it is definitely a longer lasting color but I can’t get my shade adjusted because it won’t let me do it and I can’t get hold of anyone who will listen. My hair colour stayed the sameThe packaging, instruction and delivery time were great. It is just a real shame my hair colour stayed the same. so now I no longer have virgin hair, I do not have the colour that I desired and still have greys :-( 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Ruined my hairI am absolutely devestated my hair is almost black at the roots and bright red at the ends !! I am in floods of tears my hairs ruined I will never ever use your service again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from you !
