Not going to like this but...Love the product but.. I want my product on the 1st but you can’t specify the first. I have to go in every time and put in the date ahead of time to get it on the first. You can’t put in 4 weeks because it doesn’t fall that way. Need to make it easier for the customer to put a date in and for the company to figure out how long it takes for that product to be received on time. I was expecting my order on the 1st, I will not be getting it until the 8th. Now I have to figure the date to use to get it on the 1st every time 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Love it but need better coverageReally love the customer service, the quality of the products and the packaging. Still am not getting the gray coverage that I’m looking for. Nice color but...I like the color but I have a few hidden grey hair and although I went on coloring rhe strands they were not completely colored. To be fair they are difficult to catch color. Great colourGreat colour however the usual greys crept through after a few weeks and £25 inc postage for a root touch up is too expensive for a home colour when I get the same result from a £5 shop bought. Beautiful color but..I've been coloring my hair for 32 years, and this color is fantastic. My hairdresser loved it, too. But, it has left my hair so dry. I usually don't need to condition when I shampoo, and now I use heavy-duty conditioner every time, and leave it in through my shower.
