Messy product - Color flat - Added to auto ship program w/o my permissionThe color was okay, but turned out flat, not shiny like most hair colors do. When applying and rinsing, the consistency is weird and it gets everywhere. Then a month later we received another box. When I ordered, I specifically chose a single trial. I did not sign up for an auto membership. I would never have even tried your product if I knew this was a thing. So now I have to go through the mess of trying to get it credited and returned. Please stop sending me additional shipments .I had no idea I was signing up for automatic debits on my VISA every other month.
