Did NOT want any red tones...however...They mixed a color for me that made my hair look red even though I was very firm about not wanting anything that could have any red tint...now I have red toned hair for 4 weeks. grrr 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Washes out and does not cover grey also made my hair brassyI’m most unhappy your first box washed out and didn’t colour greys so I had to buy a colour in the meantime you sent me a free one which I couldn’t use straight away as I had just coloured my hair. Before I had chance to use it another one arrived which you charged me for I tried again but it still washes out after a couple of washes and does not cover my grey but worst of all it has made my hair brassy 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Wrong colors sentI spoke with someone about my hair and what we should do with the color. She had me do 2 Demi colors and they were not even close to the colors we spoke about.
