I tried other vendor products but didn't like shade(s) as wellbut the last couple times I used e-salon, it did not cover grey as well. I'm going to give it another try. Maybe something needs to be adjusted. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

company not accurately depictedThe customer staff is incredibly condescending and rude. The hair color is cheap and you are better off using John Freida box dye for a fraction of the cost. I could not recommend this service to anyone. Their email to ask if you want to change the dye does not confirm whether you still want to continue with the service, and they will authorize a service anyways. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
