The color is a perfect matchI love the ease of getting it timely in mail and good match of the color. I have felt however that post application, the hair is left kind of sticky and greasy even after I have used the shampoo/conditioner that comes with it. A couple times I had to get back in the shower to shampoo with my usual shampoo and then the hair looks amazing. So, now I make sure I use my shampoo and thoroughly clean my hair out. Finally! The PERFECT match!I wish to extend my sincere thanks to the team who worked with me (a few times) in order to obtain the exact color of my natural hair. My BAD, as I had originally gone a little too dark...Also, they were not cavalier about sending me just any color-change. They were very considerate and explained to me how any kind of shade difference must be done slowly, so as not to create any kind of "halo" or "bi-color" effect. Well, their methodology worked! I am good to go from now on. Thanks to eSalon, it's great to not have to worry about my color or damaging my hair.
