First UseI liked the fact that I didn't have to go out to get a decent hair color done on my hair. I liked that it was so easy that my husband helped me and didn't get it all over our bathroom. I liked the color when it was finished, so much so that the consultant at Clinique complemented me on the soft auburn shade when the light shined on my face. MehWhen it comes to at home color, I want easy. I don't want to wait so many minutes then use another bottle and wait more. When attempting to wash out the color after processing, I was concerned. I rinsed until the water ran clear and used the packets that came with it. However, my hair was so stiff and almost sticky. I took a shower again the next morning, at lunch and again at night only using conditioner hoping it would help. It took a few days for my hair to feel normal again. Per your Personalized Instructions, before you added water to rinse the water out, you needed to take our leftover mixed color into the shower and massage it in, until it felt creamy. This would remove any color residue from your scalp and keep it hydrated. Again we apologize, and we hope this information is helpful! |
