It had a touch of red or warmth to it that I did not like initially , but it got better after a couple washings. ColorThe color covers the gray nicely. I wish that the color was thicker and not so runny. That would make self application easier and less messy. There needs to be more conditioner included with purchase. I condition my hair twice, once with your product and once with mine. Absolutely RidiculousI ordered my first trial of this company and was so excited to try it. My first try at dying my hair came out awful. This color was WAY darker than what I asked for and looked nothing like the preview on the website. I followed the directions exactly and this formula dyed all of my roots and only SPOTS on the rest of my hair! I contacted the company and asked to go much lighter for my next color which they say they can't do, they can only go a bit lighter. I said ok to that only to find out that they will only be shipping enough of the adjusted color to color only my roots! Its like they didn't even listen to the problem. So they adjusted my color but I guess they expect me to walk around with splotches of color on the rest of my head? What an ordeal. I cant even wear my hair down because it looks so bad. I really didn't want to write a bad review, I was hoping they would fix the problem the first time but it doesn't look like it. I've emailed the company YET AGAIN and am waiting for a response. I'll update my review after I hear back from them and let everyone know if they have fixed this problem. Overall I have to say I'm just really disappointed in this company. I really wanted it to work out. *** UPDATE *** I received a bottle to color my hair all one color. It was still way too dark but it did fade after a while and I will be trying a lighter color for my next coloring. Customer service was nice when they helped me I was just disapointed that I ended up having to have such dark hair. I'm just way to pale for hair that dark. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not that greatI tried it after seeing the ad, the color I got was not right I figured I wasn't getting anymore so I thought, a few mths later i got another box I used it and cancelled the account ,then I get a notice there going to send it again I told them I didn't want it and had cancelled my account, I was just looking at ad's on my phone and eSalon. Was there so I checked to see if my account was still active and it said my next shipment is coming in January. How do I stop this? Best hair colourThe hair colour that was tailored to my preferences and needs was excellent - the best hair colour I have tried yet, and the colour was just about what I wanted. The brilliant thing is it can be adjusted until I am happy with my colour. Great price too!
