No real colorist. just hypeDidn't review my photos or adjust my order...long story. Rip off. Now I spent $200 bucks on salon. And, yes, I did a strand test. But, my porous hair (in my original comments--) sucked it down in different places. There was ash in the color--I said I wanted to avoid ash...Green, black, dry and brittle hair. Get a box color. Hair colourExcellent hair colour, exactly as I requested. Easy to apply and comes with everything you need in the kit. Quick shipping. Best hair color we've ever usedDisclaimer: we paid full price for this product and will again many times! This hair color has worked on stubborn greys that have been unreachable by everything else. We love the easy instructions, the attention to detail with convenience items like gloves and color guard, and the exceptional ability of this hair color to work on stubborn greys. Purple tone - no purple at allOrdered the purple toned hair color. Did a test strip and loved it - purple color came through and looked great after rinsing and drying it.
