Color not what was orderedMy "colorist" decided the color I ordered was not going to be flattering, so I was sent something completely different. I could have returned it but it would have cost as much in return shipping as what I paid for the order to begin with. So I figured I had nothing to lose since I paid for it anyway. I used the color and not only read it not what I ordered, but not what the bottle and order says it was. I wanted a copper red, they sent me "light brown red mahogany", and I got something that resembles a dark bozo the clown red. This is the worst color I have ever had. I won't waste my money again, especially when I have no idea what I'm going to get. I still don't understand why they would randomly send me the wrong color, unless that's their way of getting you to buy more, too fix it. No thanks. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. love the color and shineI finally had the chance to use my color and can't believe the shine and softness of my hair. I love the color and it did a great job of covering my roots. Now I'll be curious to see how long I can go before needing to reapply and whether the color will fade or stay vibrant. Professional lookMy husband helped me as it was my first attempt and we had a great time with it since the directions were clear.
