Excellent experience!You can tell that this was carefully thought through! From the website, to order, straight on to using the product! Your own personal hair technician is a great feature. I love my resultsMy coloring products arrived and they looked great. The instructions were so easy to follow. My results were amazing. I really love my hair. I have received so many compliments that I never received with my previous coloring. I even receive repeat complements from the same people which never happens. Hair colour made easyI was a little sceptical about this product but thought I would give it a go. It arrives regularly, so that I don't have to think about going to the shop to get it. You can easily change or postpone a delivery. I spent some time trying to choose the right colour for me. The first set I received was okay but a little too brassy for me, so I asked for it to be altered. The next application was perfect! I went to the hairdresser recently to have my hair cut and she complimented me on my hair colour! Can't get better than that. Everything you need comes in the box.
