I have been using this color now for a couple of years. They always get things right and the color is great. It is not harsh on my hair like some products are and it looks like I had this professionally done.

This is a game changer! The color was spot on! I do my hair at the salon but I want to touch up my roots in between salon visits. I tried a drugstore once and was a complete disaster! This is perfection!

I have a pixie cut & even my hairdresser commented on the beautiful tones in my hair. He explained normally brown dyes are flat but mine bounced & caught the light. I find it covers my whites & greys well. It definitely softens them & helps with how frizzy & wiry they appear.
