AwfulThe last 2 color kits have turned my roots reddish not darkest brown. I am really unsatisfied with the degradation of this product after using eSalon for many, many years. Didn’t cover my grayI asked for root coverage. Color looked good when I applied the product but I rinsed after 30 minutes as directed and it did nothing for my gray roots. Waste of money 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

ColorI'm not sure if I might have chosen the wrong color. I wanted a bright copper color. I keep getting dark brown. It saids copper brown. I'm about to stop ordering. I'm giving it one more chance. I gave it multiple chances and it didn't fix it . I even spoke with a colorist. Also after using this product for over a year my hair got thinner and I suffered some hair loss. More brassy than rich in colorUnfortunately, this time my color was brassy more than Rich in tone. I was excited to have a warm chestnut brown base tone with highlights along with gray coverage. It doesn't cover white hair fullyThe color is too bright. I know I asked if it could be lighter than before, but this mixture is not a winner. It doesn't cover all the whites especially around the forehead and ears. The color is very dull. It makes my hair look liveless. No shine whatsoever.
