RecommendI chose a color and wasn't sure about the outcome and sent a message to my colorist. I had explained the best I could on the color I had in mind and she nailed it. Perfect color!I’ve had to adjust my color a few times due to medication changes causing my hair to constantly change. Esalon has kind, attentive, and amazing colorists. An adjustment by my colorist made all the difference!I’m so happy that I called to speak to my colorist I explained that my color was fading and not covering my gray around my face. She made a change to my developer and sent a replacement set. Needless to say, I am thrilled with my color again! I can’t thank all of you for your dedication and concern for my needs.
