FABULOUS COLOR & FANTASTIC SERVICE!I talked with my color specialist for quite sometime describing my natural hair color how the color takes to my hair (it gets very dark in the middle) She was FANTASTIC! She listened to my requests and added just the right solution to the problem I’m having The color came out perfect even though I really suck at coloring my own hair! Great customer care and service I’m in love with esalon and the quality hair color they provide at just a fraction of what a salon would charge! My hair started looking duller as I aged I don’t color my grays because I earned them and I wanted to keep it natural looking! Covered the grays beautifullyI ordered a kit because my regular salon is temporarily shut down. My kit came super quick. It was very easy to use and I was shocked at how great the color turned out. The instructions were easy to follow. The color was a good match for me and the process went well. In a short time, I had shiny, saturated color that looked like I had just visited the salon. First time use and it is perfect!I was really nerves to do it for myself as I burnt my hair before and I am going regularly to the hairdresser to hide my greys. Now I am glad I tried. It is a messy job, I have lots of hair and shoulder long. I followed the instruction and couldn`t wait to dry it and see the result. I done well. Sorry my hairdresser but I can do it.
