My hair pulls a lot of yellow out of blond color, and I love that this color stayed cooler. Also, easy to use, and my hair feels softer than usual after a color process.

Going from bleach-blonde back to my natural shade (dark brown) took a few tries, but they nailed it. My hair is now not only the perfect shade, but also healthy and shiny, showing no signs of damage caused by the bleach. Easy. Fast. Customizable. 🙌🏼
I tried the natural gray for about a year and it was easy and many people said how they liked it...but I didnt! I got really bored with it! I ordered online and they sent me the exact color I was hoping for! A friend who's a retired beautician said he was amazed how natural it looks! Getting my second kit within the week! I really like the custom color.... good job on your part! I was ordering the Golden Copper Tint Rinse but since you discontinued that color (why, I don't know!), I ordered the Golden Tint Rinse. Since I haven't tried that rinse yet, I cannot do review on it.
This is the best hair color system I have found since coloring my hair myself. They respond very quickly to any concerns or questions and are very knowledgeable. I will continue to use this product as long as it is working for me and will more than willing refer others to them.
I love getting the same hair color each time. In the past, if the store didn't have the color I wanted, I would choose another- which I didn't always like. It has great coverage, even on the gray.

Your product totally corrected my uneven color and brassy roots! I am so happy. The only problem for me was with long hair it’s hard to see the you are getting the roots in the back. My hair got a little tangled up . User problem not the instructions.
My hair is softer and shinier than with any over the counter product.. and more affordable than the salon.
I was very unsure of the claims made in the ad and decided against better judgement to give it a try. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE eSALON HAIR COLOR!!!! I highly recommended this product to everyone who colors their own hair or has their hair professionally done ( WHICH IS VERY EXPENSIVE)we all know!! This is the 2nd time using eSalons product. The first time it literally last me almost 7 months!!! It was so good my boyfriend even noticed how long that it worked in my hair!!! Loved the color!! It looked completely natural with great highlights. Hair felt soft. All my grays were completely covered which impressed me the most. Instructions were easy to follow. The color was spot on. I absolutely love this!!!
I love the color change -have gotten many compliments I have one concern and that is how do I keep this color without it tuning lighter, almost a light brown not the darker brown when i first color. Please let me know what i can do.
This is a wonderful low cost way of dying, works very well. Covering grays is short lived. Nice to be able to adjust color to meet your needs. NEED highlight kits.

My made for me hair colour was a great success. Family and friends were very impressed and said that, unlike my usual colourant, this one looked very natural and my hair condition is so shiny.

This is the best hair colour ever! It covers all grey, the hair colour was a brilliant colour for me plus it went on no mess and easy instructions. Would definatly recommend!

My colorist called before my product shipped. I was looking to stay close to my current natural color just hide some of the grays. She did a great job and got really pretty close to my natural color. I was worried I'd end up with one all over hair color but it really seemed to enhance my hair. I'm happy and am definitely ordering again.
I expected great color and I got it but I wasn’t expecting my hair to feel so silky and light. eSalon is great! They have made changes to the color and they allow you to adjust shipping as needed.
I want to say thank you for walking me through the color change. I was nervous about doing it but am so happy I did. Thank you. I have been using esalon for 6 months now and am very happy

Loved my color, especially the gold tones. I still had some grey afterwards but that may be due to it being the first time I ever colored my hair myself. I may not have saturated the front enough and I may want to switch to the brush technique instead of bottle.

I was previously a light brown pearl copper gal. I kept feeling like there was something we could tweak to get it a tad more natural looking. I tried the medium brown ash copper. Just finished coloring. It’s still damp but I’m in love. No violet tone. Just a pretty brown-red that looks like my hair! Thanks a bunch!!
The questionnaire was a great starting place, but what really helped my stylist was the pictures I posted of my hair before coloring. She contacted me and double checked to make sure I wanted such a dark color. After talking it over with the stylist over the phone, we agreed upon a slightly lighter shade to start and I am so grateful! The color I chose would have been way too dark! My color now is perfect! My hair is soft and shiny after coloring and the color does not fade hardly at all after 6 weeks. I have a lot of grey and this covers it all! I will be using eSalon from now on!
I loved everything about my order. The color was perfect and the box full of everything you need made it very easy to do myself. I found the how to videos very helpful as I have never colored my hair. I would recommend this product to anyone.

E Salon is fantastic!!!! I have very long curly hair that can be a pain for coloring, whether it be at home or in a salon. The staff is amazing and color specialists have gotten the colors and color changes I have wanted spot on!!!! They are also very efficient and give me great advice. I love that all of it is done online. OH and I ALWAYS have enough color for ALL of my hair!!!! Its FANTASTIC!!!!!
My first color was a little light and didn't give me the stubborn gray coverage I needed. After giving feedback on the color, it was adjusted and the second color was spot on, gray coverage was excellent! Couldn't be happier!
I have always used a salon for my hair coloring because I had a real bad experience one time with doing it at home but I tried this I did a test sample and I am totally amazed with how well it does. saved me $$$$ loved it. Will continue to use it. The color was a perfect match.

I love this product...& the shade is EXACTLY what I'd hoped for. I've had very little fading & it's not "flat or one-dimensional AT ALL! the highlights are vibrant & everything I wanted in my fun, off the "beaten path" shade of "rockabilly red"....which is what I get called. I'm a drummer & I'm all about vintage & the 50's & 60's....so I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT! VERY satisfied!

They checked with me before mixing my color. I assured them that I wanted a color this dark. I’ve been unable to get this color in boxed hair color. I’m very pleased!
I was nervous about applying my own hair color for the first time. Initially I chose a color that would not look natural so I got a polite eSalon phone call and my color was adjusted to better suit my goal shade. I read my personal instructions, watched the eSalon videos, I let the lavender box sit for over a week. I called and asked questions and the color expert was very kind and helpful! I followed all instructions for the brush and bowl technique. I was nervous while the color processed. I was tense during the rinse and shampoo and finally calmed after the conditioner that made my hair soft and shiny! I dried my hair and was very pleased with my results. I’ll always follow the instructions! It is important to leave notes for your colorist and send a picture. They read and look at them! I am so happy to save money and time! My results were so natural looking that my family does not know that I colored my hair. Goal achieved!
It's such an easy process. My first colour was good but I wanted it slightly darker and they changed it for me with no hassle at all. They were quick and responsive and the colour is amazing (dark copper)!

Its a no brainer. When you need to color your hair it is at your home waiting for you. Also it is the best color I have ever used. Its not like the colors you purchase in the stores. It is a professional type color the only difference is you do it your self.
