Online Marketing Manager Acquisition

This position is responsible for assisting in the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns for eSalon. Responsibilities include creative testing, audience segmentation, bid management, as well as providing campaign reports & analysis for continued growth of customer acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

Manage and drive channel growth for acquisition campaigns across various ad networks - including but not limited to content discovery
Create and leverage reporting to improve account traffic volume and profitability
Analyze performance metrics for channel, creative ad text, and landing page data to suggest recommendations for improvement
Maximize revenue for business whilst hitting key performance goals around orders and cpa
Manage third party/vendor relationships

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the Internet industry, preferably in e-commerce or subscription
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical & critical thinking ability
Creativity and initiative in solving problems
Attention to detail
Performance-oriented work ethic with the hunger to succeed in a challenging, fast-paced environment
A “killer instinct” for the details and efficiencies specific to online marketing
Four year degree preferred
