Wonderful product, such rich colorI am amazed at the quality and richness of the product overall. I have long hair and never color it. I am naturally 50-60% gray and was worried about how it might turn out. The colorist did an amazing job matching a formula to what I asked for. eSalon experienceLiked product, easy to use. This is the second time I have colored my hair using this product. I felt the color coverage did not last long enough. Will review my second attempt and hope to give five stars. Overall it was easy to follow, the scent was pleasant while applying and afterwards. My hair feels soft and the color is nice. Doesn’t lastWhy, oh why E-Salon did you change your formula? I love my color but it starts to fade in less than 2 weeks. I use your shampoo and products and it still doesn’t last! Not happyUnfortunately this came out nothing like the colour it promised. It has left my hair so dry and frizzy. I was so excited to try out the colour and followed the instructions to the letter, my daughter put it in for me.I'm so disappointed. Still not great at covering the grey at the hair line!With the two orders I have received neither the original or the reformulated color covers the grey at the hairline as good as the cheap color. I love the color, but I will give this one more order and if it is not better at coverage I will cancel my order.
