If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Die Haarfarbe ist einfach Klasse!Ich habe das erste Mal bei eSalon die Coloration bestellt. Da ich bei der ersten Anwendung bedenken hatte, habe ich erst einmal den Strännchen-Test gemacht und war schon einmal beruhigt. Die Farbe war nicht zu dunkel! Also habe ich "Losgelegt" und war sehr sehr positiv über das Endergebnis überrascht und begeistert! Das Ergebnis; keine grauen Haare mehr und die Farbe perfekt, genauso wie ich diese bestellt habe. Well impressed...still!So far so good. The colour is spot on. I will be interested to see if it fades on the grey which it has coloured Fantastically at the moment. I have to Say though, it’s not easy to do it alone. I got loads up my arms!! 2nd lot came yesterday. This time my husband Did it for me. The colour is amazing. I just love it. Update: I’m now on my 6th application. I have stuck with the same colour but the timings have been adjusted to fix my resistant greys. To be honest, I can’t actually see me ever going back to hairdresser after COVID! I just love this. ***added august 2022. I did go back to the salon after Covid but guess what....I'm back with Esalon. I suffered the salon for a few months but got sick of the inconsistency. Colors looks greatThe product was easy to use in my hair color looks really lovely definitely will keep using the gray coverage so far hasn't been great however nothing really seems to work on my thick coarse white "grays" my hair feels soft and the color they sent me looks beautifully matched with the rest of my hair. Didn't cover all my greysI feel I was a little harsh in my initial review, the colour was slightly darker than I had wanted and what I had in mind however maybe I didn’t express what I wanted clearly or was being unrealistic with what was possible, my one gripe is it didn’t cover all my greys I don’t have a lot but some at the roots and sideburn area although most covered there was a few that didn’t and I found the coverage didn’t last as long but I usually use 20vol developer in the salon and this set came with 10 vol with no option of changing them 20,30 or even an option to buy. Colour leaves hair really smooth and doesn’t leave a strong smell and everything you need is provided gloves, shampoo, conditioner, stain guard and stain remover. 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Not happyI don't think you sent me the correct color. I went to dye my hair and the color in the bottle was black. I threw it away. I would like a refund.
