Ewig lange Lieferzeiten, ganz mieser Service!Ich habe am 29.03.2020 ein Color Set bestellt und per PayPal sofort bezahlt, dann hörte ich lange nichts von eSalon. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage, habe ich die Antwort erhalten, dass die Bestellung in Bearbeitung ist und sich die Lieferung aufgrund der Nachfrage verzögert. Am 09.04. (also 10 Tage nach Bestellung und mit Ankündigung per Mail am 05.04.) habe ich mir eine Tönung in der Drogerie gekauft und die Bestellung bei eSalon fristgerecht widerrufen. Der Widerruf wurde nicht bearbeitet, meine Mails wurden nicht beantwortet, es wurde seitens eSalon lediglich das Abo ausgesetzt. Mein Geld habe ich nicht mehr zurückerhalten. Does not cover the greysUnfortunately, the second round of color still did not cover the gray roots. At this point, I would like a refund instead of trying another color again. I am including pictures to show how the hair looks after the second application just to the roots. Thank you for providing extremely helpful customer service and I greatly appreciate your kindness. Color fadedThe directions were clear. I liked the color, but on the sideburns and beard the color did not last long. about 5 days to start and in 10 days it was half white. I am making my 3d application today, but if it does not last I will go back to my old color. I do like this new color tho. Color washed out in one day.Colored my hair yesterday, it’s faded today. I'm not happy.I tried this color twice. The first time because I ordered an unflattering color for my skin tone. The second because after talking to one of your employees about this issue I was sent another color kit.
