Amazing colorAbsolutely loved the color, I’ve never colored my hair myself before and this kit made it very easy. I have long thick hair so I never thought I could do it. Didn't cover grays as well as I had hoped...I loved how natural the color looks and how close it is to my original hair color, but I'm wondering if there's something about red curly hair that takes dye differently? Love the colorI really like the roots and ends color you have made for me. My hairdresser stated when she used to color my hair that my grey hair is difficult to cover, and she would leave it on longer than usual. The first roots color you sent I followed the directions and left it on for 30 mins. I was able to see a visible lightening of color at my grey roots as soon as I was finished. Beyond pissedMy blonde hair is now dark brown. It was supposed to be matched to my hair color. I even sent a picture of my hair color. It was supposed to be dark blonde. There is nothing blonde about this at all. It’s dark dark brown. Borderline black. This is not natural looking at all. Not dark brown on my rootsI ordered dark brown which is my natural color and the color of the rest of my hair color. After using your product on my roots, it comes out medium golden brown NOT a dark brown at all. For the price I’m extremely disappointed and my February order never got delivered and I just saw on your tracking with usps that because the postal service for some reason couldn’t deliver, they disposed of it instead of returning it back to you and I NEVER got a refund or a new kit sent to me. Also for some weird reason my payments are coming from my PayPal account which is linked to my bank debit card, then sometimes it’s taken directly from my debit card and now the last few months your taking a double payment because it’s also now coming out of my husband’s personal account, which I have NEVER gave you any of his bank info nor does it even appear in my payment in my account with you. It ONLY shows my PayPal account that is authorized. So your company for two months now took payment out of two different account’s (not authorized) but only received ONE box of product. Except for February where you got payment from two different accounts (NOT Authorized) but didn’t get NO box of product at all. Because the usps threw it away. And YOU never credited me back or sent a new box out. Shame on you for scamming people out of money and ripping me off!!! If I do my math right. As far as I’m concerned your company owes me a credit of 3 boxes. Either the money should be sent back OR 3 boxes of DARK brown hair dye product should be delivered to me since you’ve already got paid (twice for two months) but no product was received. Oh and the FREE box of product or credit for your 100% money back guarantee or free box of product if dissatisfied. So that’s (4) boxes of product OR (4) Credits of $33.77 that I was charged that needs to be refunded back to my bank account (which I’ve cancelled my debit card) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
