Love the detailGreat instructions, even a sticker to post the instructions on your mirror. Two pairs of gloves. Dye preventing and erasing gel... just in case... for your skin. I love this product and my colorI colored my hair several days after receiving the order. At first I was a bit shocked at the new blonde but it has aged extremely well and my hair is shiny (yay) and healthy. Asked for AdjustmentsI asked for a little change in my formulation and it is perfect! I have been using esalon for many years and they have always been right on point. I highly recommend Esalon. Best dye used!Including salon dye by a professional, I am quite pleased with this product. I have very dye resistent white hair which can be a challenge and while this dye does not cover 100%, it does cover the best of what I tried so far and blends seamlessly which in my opinion makes it look natural, almost as barely there highlights. 13 of 14 people found this review helpful. Loved it!I love the new color, my hair roots now have a warmer tone to it than what I am used to. Very happy so far! I am going to keep a watch on how it fades, just in case it becomes brassy... but so far, it is still a really nice color that goes well with my natural hair color. :) Thank you!! 7 of 7 people found this review helpful. OMG. What a dishonest company.I ORDERED PRODUCT LAST FALL. I DID NOT CARE FOR IT AT ALL. I TRIED A COUPLE MORE "SOLUTIONS" THEY SENT TO ME AND NOTHING WORKED. I DID NOT WANT AUTO SHIP TO OCCUR SO I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND I WOULD HAVE TO 'RESTART' AUTO SHIP IF I WANTED TO ORDER AGAIN. TODAY MY BANK ACCOUNT HAD A $51 CHARGE FROM eSALON. I disputed it with my bank and went to the chat box and that rep told me it wasn't cancelled but she cancelled it for me BEFORE we chatted. What? Alexandria Paget turned my hair orangeMy colorist, Alexandria, sent this concoction for me to try. She was supposed to have fixed the color the last two times around but my hair kept turning orange. This order was supposed to be a new color but it still turned my hair orange. I sent pictures and asked what I should do since I didn't want to buy another box. She responded asking me what I want her to do...well now I thought I asked you what to do. If I knew what to do I wouldn't be asking. F’d my hair upI’ve colored my hair myself 100’s of times and I’ve always had really good luck. Until I tried eSalon. The color I chose is exactly what I wanted. However, the color only “took” in 1/3 of my hair. And my hair was not colored, treated, and very healthy before I used eSalon color. I uploaded photos. I sent a message explaining my issue. Begged them to send me more color so I can fix this mess BEFORE the holiday and I’ve had ZERO response. I’m going to have to buy a box color from the pharmacy.
