Lovely, natural colourI love the colour, it looks so natural and I’m happy to pay the premium for the toner and highlights. Cheaper than a hairdressers even still! I Love my new base hair color!The first time you helped me with a base hair color I went a bit too dark. When you asked about my thoughts after our first try and I mentioned that it was just a bit off, the next color you sent me was perfect! Pretty ColorThe only thing I wasn't too excited about was the fact that it faded/washed out REALLY fast. Not sure if it's because my hair was bleached before or if it's just the hair dye itself. Don’t waste your time, Customer Service won’t respondI sent pictures of my hair prior to my custom color being created and provided the details of the dark brown hair color I was seeking and it still wasn’t right. I emailed about how unsatisfactory your product was and Ive NEVER heard from anyone. Still a week later, no response. You email me every couple of days trying to sell me something but you can’t reply to my issue via email. I finally just gave up and cancelled the auto ship and when the second shipment arrives I will return it to get my refund.
