I did not like this product.I had my cousin who's a stylist apply the color and followed all guidelines as suggested...cool water to wash my hair, special color safe shampoos, ECT..but despite that the color began to fade after 2 weeks or so. In addition to that it was supposed to be a violet shade and it wasn't even close to that. Also, my hair is now brittle even though we followed the directions exactly as they were written. I don't often dye my hair and have never had this problem in the past. My hair was healthy, thick and shiny. Now it's rough and frizzy. Great colorI love this product! It colors the grey 100%. I leave it on my roots for 40 minutes and then put the rest on the ends and comb through and let sit for 2-3 minutes. My hair looks great and the shampoo and conditioner work well! 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Love It!A natural born redhead terrified to color her. It was time to start so I went to a professional salon, paid a fortune, and was satisfied the first time except for the cost. I went a few more times and then I was not satisfied with the color. I went on the eSalon website and went through there questionnaire about my hair. I ordered my custom blend. I was terrified to color my hair and I thought I would mess up. Great instructions, great custom color, and easy. It was fantastic!!
