Product great, colour way offI selected a dark ash brown. Did roots only exactly as instructed and I now have a nice obvious root line that is what I’d call medium auburn. Nothing what I was expectingI had to take the initial test twice because it didn’t take the first time. With the first test I pick a red hue ( like I always do). The second time I thought about it and decided I would try something different and opt for a purple hue. I wasn’t sure which color I was going to get because I didn’t know how to check it. Once I received it and color my hair I was disappointed. The roots had a red tint the ends came out dark brown with MAYBE a hint of purple undertone. Too thickThe last shipment and this one I was unable to get the hair color out of the bottle through the normal tip. It was hard last time and almost impossible this time.
