Two missing orders and tracking links that dont workI was a big fan of the hair dye. But something went wrong during the order before that where i just never received the package or a tracking link. I had to wait 12 businessdays only to have it proof that it wont show up. The customer service was friendly by emailing me that they would and it again. I received notificatian and a link, only the link is for royal mail in GB and it keeps telling me that its an incorrect link. I have now spend money again cause my hair is starting to look awful as we are 4 weeks further and ordered again only to receive another tracking link that does not work. So i am not keeping my hopes up on receiving this one. After which i will cancel my subscription cause spending over 80 euro's without receiving anything is a waste. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Hair colorHi Sarah your note said I hope you like your sizzling spicy red. And that’s what I was hoping for. Instead it’s the same formula as before. I compared the color chart from my last color with this color and both formulas were the same. My hair is the exact same color as last time. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. Please help me get back to a strawberry blonde at least that looks good on me. Forgive me for complaining but I really don’t like brown hair. 8 of 10 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

The colorist did a fantastic job!!!!I noticed after summer, my hair was looking quite blonde. I asked to have my color adjusted for a little darker. I love it!!! It is perfect and worked out well!!! Kudos to my colorist. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

So glad I did this!This kit is great. The process of getting the right colour for my hair was so easy and I am so pleased with the out come. Instructions could be a little bit more specific on which bottle is which step (roots and ends) but the result has been good.
