Best hair colorI have had received 3 orders from e salon before and the color was good but not was I was looking for. I spoke to Mindy a color specialist and she adjusted my color to a light brown with a hint of red and a hint of gold. It is the perfect color, just like I used to have many years ago. The product is awesome and shipping is super fast. I have bought hair color from the store before and they fade so fast. This color stays for almost 12 weeks before slightly fading. Perfect!My second hair colour was just as I asked. I loved my first one however, I wanted it tweaked a little to give it depth and warmth. That’s what I got! My hair looks so shiny. It exploded!!I went to color my hair(which I’ve done 10 times before according to my order history), and after adding the color to the developer, it exploded all over the ceiling! Eeeek!! I believe it was due to the heatwave we’ve been having in Seattle, because it came out hot. Which I thought was odd. So, I was hoping I could get a replacement? I sort of scraped up about half of the solution, but it definitely was not enough to cover all my grays. Pretty Color NOT for gray coverageThe color is beautiful, the packaging, instructions and little details are exquisite, but all around my roots it did not cover my grays, and even fully rinsed out of some places. Really impressed!Since moving to the UK, I had yet to find a colourist or salon that could give me the colour I was looking for. This magical little colour set is the ONLY thing that's come close to getting my hair the way I like it. I'll admit it's a tad redish on top (but I think that's only because my hair naturally pulls warm tones) but it's such a small thing that I don't even care or notice. All in all this product is 100% worth the money. The instructions were easy to follow and my hair looks so healthy and shiny. I will definitely be buying again. Genauso und noch besserIch habe nach einer Haarfarbe gesucht, die sich meinem eigenen Farbton gut anpasst und meine ersten grauen Haare abdeckt. Bin von der Intensivtönung begeistert und sehr zufrieden: Meine Haare glänzen noch schöner (aber nicht zu viel), der Farbton schaut sehr natürlich aus. Alles ist viel besser geworden als gehofft.
