Poor Grey CoverageUnfortunately, the change of colour to a Medium Ash brown with Highlights in a Balayage style appears not to suit my hair as my grey's come through after the first wash which is not acceptable for a permanent colour. Nice product but doesn't cover grayThe only reason I ordered was to cover my ever increasing gray hair. The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to get the color even throughout EXCEPT for my gray hairs. Also, it ended up with much more red than there has been in other applications. I don't think I'll be using this again because I don't mind my natural color. I just want the gray gone. If you're using this just for regular hair color, I highly recommend it.
