First TimerI have always spent a fortune on my hair and been with an amazing salon for over 20 years when I lived in CA. I’m so particular with my hair that I had it listed on my top 5 must have on my budget during a divorce over 10 years ago. YES that’s how much I value my hairdresser. As a result of quarantine, I had to figure out quickly how to color my gray, and wondered about where do I order the color to match my current one, what will happen to my hi-lites, what if I ruin my hair, How can I trust someone I haven’t seen in person,,,etc Goodness! hair salons are definitely essential ☺️ I was pleasantly stunned my colorist got it perfectly to match. ReviewI loved the overall color. It was amazing how well it covered the grey. The only thing is I would have liked for it to have been a little lighter as the color that I was shown. My first orderJust applied my first order today and I think I am overall satisfied. The color on my previously colored hair took well but I think it’s hard to notice the color on the virgin roots. coloration et soinJ'avais un peu d'appréhension car c'était une 1ere et par correspondance de surcroît pour ce type d'achat ! Grande surprise, bonne qualité sur les produits , l'emballage parfait, dommage pas de petit cadeau (accessoires) aurait été un petit plus ! Je suis très contente pour ce 1er achat par contre il manquait un gant (1 paire et demi = 3 gants au lieu de 4 ???) pas de cache-branches pour celles qui porteraient des lunettes (c'est mon cas ) . Endlich!Endlich eine Farbe, die hält, was sie verspricht. Färbe meine Haare schon seit vielen Jahren (mehr grau als alles andere) und habe mich durch unzählige Farben probiert. Zu hell, zu dunkel, soviel Chemie, dass die Kopfhaut brennt und tagelang rot ist. Das alles ist hier nicht der Fall. Die Farbe sieht super natürlich aus. Satisfaite mais...Je ne devais colorer que mes racines, ce que j'avais précisé lors de ma commande. Rien n'étant indiqué dans le mode d'emploi annexé aux produits, j'ai mélangé la totalité des 2 flacons. J'ai utilisé moins du tiers du mélange ainsi obtenu. Le reste est donc parti à la poubelle alors que j'aurais pu faire encore 2 colorations. Dommage ! C'est du gâchis de produits et d'argent.
