No change in color after request to lightenAfter my 1st time trying the product I contacted the support team requesting a much lighter color, I also uploaded pictures of my hair color as requested. first time to order and use colorNoticed strong smell of peroxide. How many volume? Is it really 15%? Hair around temple areas didn't take color well. I can still see grey hairs.
