AmazingI will never ever go back to box brands from the store. I took a picture of my before color and told them what i wanted and they did an amazing job! Matched it to a T. Custom Hair ColorThe smell was not potent. Easy to follow directions. Tingled only a little bit, but felt good, as I have Arthritis. Wasn't sure if I could get a color to match on line!I was so happy after using the color you had sent from your company! It matches the color of my hair beats going to a salon 50 miles round trip, the cost of having it done at a salon wasn't cheap so saving me gas and time ,also the cost of getting it done and having it match was great!
