Unbelievable!!Crystella did an unbelievable job of determining and mixing my hair color from a couple of pictures. Due to the fact that I'm not getting out much due to the virus, I put off coloring my hair for a week or so. I colored my hair this morning and was a bit concerned (it's just hair) when I saw the product first on my hair. It seemed VERY light. Yikes! Oh, well. It was easy to apply and when finished, it was my hair color! YEA! Great job, Crystella! I'll review again when I see how well the color lasts. Life saver!I think my hairdresser is going to lose a few appts from me in the future. Just tried your service for the first time and I’m in love. Stephanie was my colorist and I added pictures to my order. I was concerned about losing my highlights but that didn’t happen and the color is spot on! Super easy and I feel a thousand times better! I love itI did not set the timer this time and just started to color ends soon after I was done with the roots. But my hair is waist long and knew it will take a lot if time for me to go through. Loved it!I had never colored my hair before purchasing this product. Every time I would go to the drug store, I would get overwhelmed with all the selections. Applying the color took me a few tries to get the hang of parting my hair and not making a mess, but I got it now! Its quick and the color matches great!
