Root touch up successfully!I’m thrilled with my root touch up experience! I had highlights and keratin done over the summer and loved the look. With roots coming out I wanted to maintain my look. NaturalI love eSalon's demi color. The color makes my hair soft and shiny as well as being as close to my natural color as I've used. Great color, bad conditionerI have always been happy with my eSalon experience. There was a change in the shampoo/conditioner that was shipped with the November and December order. The conditioner prior to the November delivery always left my hair smooth and silky after coloring. This time my hair was dry and brittle, even while the conditioner was still in my hair. I had to use my own deep conditioner after rinsing the conditioner that came with the package, followed by argan oil to rebalance my poor hair. The color is always great. Lieferung nicht erhaltenIch habe bis heute die Lieferung nicht erhalten. Der Rechnungsbetrag wurde abgebucht. Mehrere Mails wurden nur mit automatischer Mail beantwortet. Not enough dyeI went with the color that was suggested for me, knowing id end up going dark on my next shipment, i was ok with trying this then if i wanted dark i could go darker bc once you go dark its harder to lighten up, however, there was not enough dye to cover my whole head, i tried so hard spreading whatever i could, but i have ALOT of highlight patches, and the color is more orangey then brown with a hint of red , im guessing bc of the mahogany in the new color. So my hair is now 3 different colors. Don't like new formulaUnfortunately I did not care for the new demi perm formula. The gray coverage was not good like previous shipments and I thought it was way too thick and hard to rinse. My skin also had a stinging sensation, wherever it touched....like all over my shoulders since it touched there when rinsing. It just was not a good experience this time. Also bottle #2 was not sealed and leaked everywhere during shipping, so I had to do my whole head with #1 and I didn't like how the color came out, not to mention there wasn't enough.
