commande du 6/01Bonjour, je suis désolée de ne pas avoir pu aller chercher ma commande du 6/01 dernier, en effet j'étais absente pour des raisons personnelles, est il possible d'annuler cette dernière qui doit être sur le chemin du retour, puisque je me suis présentée à la poste ce jour et pas de colis. After a few tries it turned out great!It took a few attempts to get the exact color I wanted, but I got there! Very vibrant and lasts a long time! The only thing I disliked was the bottles I got for my roots when I adjusted my color. It was the same as the last time, which looked a bit strange. Not the colour I wantedI adapted my plan as previously my colour was too dark. I chose a copper, which when sent to me was light brown with a slight red tone when in certain light. Definitely not copper at all. Wait time is really badWhile I was over all experience on the phone was very good. I am very very upset. I live in Canada. Paid for express shipping. I was told it will take up to 7 business days for delivery. Tracking doesn't work. I call today and was in formed that my hair colour will not arrive till Feb 15.2021. This is awful customer service.
