Outcome Was Far From What I ExpectedPositives: product was very easy to use and of a good usable consistency Negative: the colour was far from what I wanted, it turned my lightest hair colour steel grey! Didn't coverI ordered the lightest blonde and it didn't even look like I colored my hair at all. I have pastel colored highlights in my hair and the dye didn't cover them they are still the same color. After applying the dye to my hair and good thing I ordered extra shampoo and conditioner because I had to wash my hair 4 times to get all the dye out of my hair. I have very thick hair & I clicked the icon when I was asked what type of hair I have, so that "extra" bottle of shampoo and conditioner was gone after I washed the dye out of my hair. It was fine...I like the product in general, no after smell, hair seems not dried out, color stay longer than my previous product. Most Natural Looking Colour I've Ever Had!This was a revelation-at first I was confused by having 2 bottles of colour-one roots, one ends and actually I should have been clever and only mixed half of the roots formulation to have it up my sleeve for regrowth before next order. However the overall result is the most even and natural I've ever had-my skin and eyes look brighter like I've had a holiday because my colourist (Paul C) got it spot on!
