The POWER OF YOUR WORDSIve been using this product for yeArs and its a great product. The main reason ive enjoyed it so much and endured putting on my own color is your clever marketing and use of WORDS like LOVE and UNCONDITIONAL...WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU CHANGE YOUR CLEVER PACKAGING with clever words and red, black, white TO THE BORING bland look that is straight out of cheapsville that came with my last order?? Completely wrong colour for meAs much as I loved the anticipation and actual presentation of receiving my bespoke colour with complete kit, I was not happy with the colour. Described as light brown copper, I’m left with medium dark brown with a hint of red warmth. I followed instructions to a T and so disappointed after years of maintaining a bright beautiful vibrant red/copper colour, I’m left with a mundane brown. The colour didn’t even take to all of my hair so what’s worse is there are some very noticeable patches. Not something I’m willing to take responsibility for after in excess of 10 years home colouring, I know my own hair. Really disappointed, I’m not sure how I will get my hair back to its normal red colour. I won't be using this color againWhile I am please with my hair color, I was completely freaked out about the texture of my hair after I shampooed and dried. My hair felt like with was still wet and had a waxy, gummy feel. I looked on the website and could not find FAQs on the website and only found the solution once I googled e-salon gummy hair. It was there that I discovered an answered question on another website that suggested trying a clarifying shampoo. The shampoo worked but cost me an additional $8. Love This CompanyStill five stars even though my last color adjustment was not quite what I wanted. They take care and personalization of every order and allow changes and feedback along with shipment delays and cancellations. They are an example of how all companies should be. Exemplary! And the color is so much better than a box color. I won't color my hair as much until more Grey's start coming in, but when I do this is the company I'm using.
