Great colorI have been an esalon member for a while and have adjusted my color a couple times. The colorist are very helpful in working with you to help get what you want. Mind blowingIt was traumatic to me, thinking of going back to my natural hair and covering my balayage highlights. I called eSalon and could not believe the person on the phone remembered my photo! They even suggested a semi permanent might be better to start and I thought, well I trust you, let's roll the dice. My friend helped me with the process. She does hair and was VERY impressed with the formula. The overall results were excellent. I'm so glad I went with this solution over a box from CVS and even going to a salon. Thank you.
