Soft hair or I would have rated it a 1 🌟So yeah it was my first time, it was hard to rinse out but all color is for me, nothing terrible like I keep reading about. Left my hair softer than ever after a hair color. The bad part is the color didn't come close to the picture online. My brown is jet black.I had high hopes. I went into the esalon studio for my first time, I had a really bad color job done a couple months ago where someone tried to give me a lighter brown, like a chestnut but it came out rusty and with each attempt to fix it, brassy and patchy. It was so damaged I left it for a while to grow out despite the horrible warmth and brass tones. About two inches grew out and my greys started to come out and I decided i wanted to go back to my natural dark brown. Had a consultation and thought i was getting dark brown but my hair turned out pretty much black. Its so dark and darker than my natural dark brown. It looks like i used a box color from the pharmacy... its that kind of black. Im hoping it will wash out a bit after a couple washes?? I did also notice once outside in the sunlight there is deep burgundy tinge in the black which is a color i cant stand. Great colorIt took a couple of times to get to the shade I was looking for. The colorist are very easy to work with on changes, I love the color and hair feels great.
