Better than I Anticipated!I was a little hesitant ordering, as this is my first order. I went with the Demi-permanent just in case it was awful. Now I wish I got the permanent! I definitely will next time. The process was easy, the littlest details were all taken care of and in the box. My hair color is SO pretty! Just what I needed and wanted. Very SatisfiedI like the color composition and am very happy with my package. Only suggestion I have would be to include the shampoo and conditioner in a bottle instead of the paper wrap they come in currently. Color love ❤️Love the color. Excited to see how long it will last. Conditioner that came with the kit didn’t work at all on my long curly hair and made it feel like straw, took me a good 15 minutes to comb through it . Stubborn Grays - GONE!I loved everything about the product but, the biggest difference for me was gray coverage. Store-bought color either didn't cover the gray or it was visible again after a week. The color was too darkHi all, the custom color that was made for me was too dark and had a brassier tone and I wish it was a lighter and no brassiness. Nevertheless, the color was good if the results were what I was looking for. In the future ordered, can you please fix it to what I want it and to my satisfaction. Not as convenient as you thinkI waited 3 weeks for delivery and then had to go to pick it up as it didn't fit in my mailbox. Then I found that the package was missing the second bottle. After raising this issue, I was offered a credit to order again, but would have preferred them to just send the missing bottle.
