I wish I could return itI gave this color a try because I could never seem to get my color right after my fav color was discontinued and others just didn't match. I gave explicit instructions on what hair color I liked. Uploaded a picture of the exact hair color I wanted. Even added the brand, name, and number of the discounted color for reference since it can still be viewed online. What I asked for was Strawberry Blonde. What I got was some red brown that doesn't even look close to my natural color. On top of all of this their shampoo or conditioner or both has made my hair sticky no matter how many times I've rinsed it. Completely disappointed in this and now I have to head to Sally's Beauty Supply to get bleach so I can completely ruin my already fragile had and what 6 weeks to dye it back a color that is as close as I can get to natural. TERRIBLE !This is NOT worth $25.95!! and I was billed without permission! I chose 1 month and didn't care for cheaply made color, now I have another coming I didn't agree to, and they refused to refund me ! NOT HAPPY! Love eSalon products!I’ve been using eSalon hair color & conditioning products for quite a few months now, and I am always pleased with the results I get. Since I live in Hawaii, my hair takes a beating from the sun & humidity, and has a tendency to bleach out quicker. So I’ve had to change my color formula recently, which was quite easy! A quick phone call and conversation with a colorist and a new formula is made up. I just tried it, and I am shocked at how good it came out. They had warned me not to be concerned by the name, just to trust that it would take care of the brassiness, give it some depth, but without changing the basic color too much. It’s absolutely perfect! The best part is that it costs me a fraction of what a salon job here on the island would charge! Awesome Customer Service!I am so happy with esalon! For the same amount of money I used to spend on drugstore hair color I get custom color and expert advice for free. I chose a color and really was unsure about it. I received an email from a esalon colorist suggesting a slightly different shade and it's perfect. Thanks so much for the great customer service.
