Best home hair color experience everColorist, who handles the mixing of your custom color, really reads and listens to your comments. Directions for use are clear, concise and customized just for you. Customer service is very courteous and really bend over backwards to clarify and rectify any issues that you may have. Custom Hair ColorI've been using this color since September of 2012, and it is the by far the best hair color. I used to pay over $100.00 for hair color at the salon every month, and with all my gray hair (80%), I could often see a shadow of light through the hair color. NOT SO with eSalon! I love, love, love esalonThe color I chose works well for me. The process is simple enough for one person to apply. And the thing that I love best is that I don't have to treat my roots separately and there is no layered look of coloring. Love it!This is the best hair color I've ever had! I've done mine in the salon and at home. This system is perfect for me and the color is rich and beautiful and doesn't fade. Perfect for in between touch ups!I use eSalon in between my salon appointments! I have darker hair with gray coming up faster than I can imagine. I use my eSalon at the three week point and then was able to push my regular salon appoint out to every 5-6 weeks. This has saved me time and money!
