eSalon is seeking a unique individual to use his / her data driven approach to identify, develop and optimize key areas for strategic improvement during the entire customer lifecycle.
Reaching our clients via all available mediums, the CRM Manager will be tasked with improving customer lifetime value (LTV) and converting non-purchasing leads. This includes abandonment email series, customer onboarding, promotions, offers, save-a-sale, winbacks, and delivering targeted content to the right clients at the right time.
This position will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a holistic perspective while owning and executing on projects. He / She will need to be able to operate autonomously and be responsible for his / her initiatives from ideation to completion, while exceling at preparing and sharing results.
