Do you geek out over analytics, organization, and campaign creation? Well it just so happens that we are looking for a super creative, strategic thinking, and extremely organized Senior Brand Manager who is excited to join a fast-paced, highly creative, and collaborative brand marketing team!

The Sr. Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the brand strategy and success of our brand from idea generation to final execution, including the development of creative campaign ideas and assets, as well as the analysis of the results. You must have the ability to identify and understand opportunities for our brand and continuously be searching for opportunities to refine and grow.

Responsibilities

Drive success of eSalon brand from brand marketing perspective: Manage all aspects of the brand marketing plan from idea and strategy creation to final execution and results.
Constantly search for solutions to upgrade the eSalon consumer experience across all touch points (especially product and packaging experience, website, widget, social media, and email).
Develop, create and lead the execution of brand marketing campaigns.
Analyze consumer-trend and market dynamics (internal and external) to develop strategies and recommendations for future brand marketing activities.
Drive cross-functional brand projects, working collaboratively with digital media team, creative team, acquisition marketing, product management, R&D, tech, production and customer service
Produce brand photoshoots, including talent castings, shoot scheduling, and post production asset management.
Drive and project manage new product line extensions from a business, brand marketing, and portfolio perspective.
Manage the execution of creative design and marketing assets in close collaboration with the Senior Art Director.
Manage the execution of digital marketing assets, copy, and content in close collaboration with the Senior Digital Manager.
Oversee, coach, manage and mentor two brand managers.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Degree with a major in business, marketing communications, advertising or related field—MBA preferred.
Minimum of 6 yrs experience in marketing for consumer, subscription and/or beauty products preferred.
Strategic thinker! High Creativity and initiative in solving problems. Entrepreneurial and business-minded.
Strong analytical & critical thinking ability with a passion for numbers and analytics.
Strong project management skills. Ability to work at a fast pace. High attention to detail.
Highly Collaborative: maintaining a positive, collaborative team culture and developing respectful, constructive work relationships is very important to you.
Passion for the D2C beauty space and hair color.
Strong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate ideas. Very high proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
